Hey, I'm Katie Miller and I'm glad you are here! You can grab my Peptide 101 guide down below.
Since we are now gonna be friends, I'd love to share my story with you because maybe you feel stuck and frustrated just like I did.
I didn’t start sharing online because I had everything figured out.
I started sharing because for most of my life… I was struggling with my body.
Growing up, I was the girl who developed faster than everyone else. By 5th grade my body was already changing and my weight was climbing. My mom worried about it, but no one really knew what to do.
What I remember most from those years is feeling different.
I avoided mirrors.
I avoided cameras.
And I spent a lot of time wondering why my body felt like the enemy.
One moment that still sticks with me was my 9th-grade dance. I wore a red dress, and when I saw the photos afterward, I felt disgusted with myself. That moment pushed me into a decision that changed everything.
I stopped eating.
As the weight dropped, people noticed me more. And in my teenage mind, that felt like winning.
But the reality was very different.
Most days my “diet” was two pretzel sticks and a Diet Coke. I was exhausted, disconnected from my body, and trapped in a cycle of unhealthy thinking around food and weight.
I battled eating disorders and extreme habits for years, desperately trying to find a way out.
Eventually I realized something that changed everything:
Extreme was never going to heal me.
What I needed was balance.
That realization is what started my real wellness journey.
Today I’m a wife of a heck of a Godly man, a mama of four champion boys, a certified health coach, and a personal trainer. And I’m passionate about helping women find healthy, realistic ways to care for their bodies without extremes.
Because so many women — especially in midlife — feel like they’re stuck between two worlds.
They want to feel confident in their body again…
but they’re tired of starving, obsessing, or trying another extreme plan.
So now I share what I’ve learned.
Strength training.
Real nutrition.
Peptide education.
Metabolism and hormone support.
And honest conversations about what it actually looks like to care for yourself while raising a family and living a full life.
And let’s be clear about one thing…
If someone tells me I can never eat pizza again…
I’m out. 🍕😂
